How long does flooring installation take?
Most single-room installs run 1–3 days; whole-home flooring runs about a week depending on prep. Materials may need days on-site to acclimate first — we build that into the schedule.
Do you level uneven floors in older the East Bay homes?
Yes. AZ Elevated Builders levels uneven floors before installing — settling and out-of-flat slabs are standard in older the East Bay housing stock. We grind or self-level before install, because flooring is only as good as what's under it.
