AZ Elevated Builders ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
When you request a quote or assessment — on our website or through our ads (including Facebook/Instagram lead forms) — we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, property city, and details about your project.
When you submit an estimate request, we also receive the page you submitted from and campaign information present in its link, such as UTM parameters and Google click identifiers. We use this information to understand which inquiries come from our marketing. Requests are processed through Make, our form integration provider. We do not send your name, phone number or project details to an analytics service through the website’s interaction events.
This website uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-5Y4CM5S793) on every page. It sets cookies in your browser and records which pages you visit, roughly where you are, the device you use, and whether you requested an estimate, so we can see how people find and use the site. It does not tell us who you are by name.
Our Google Ads landing page at /driveway-replacement/ additionally loads Google’s advertising tag. It receives the Google click identifier from the link you arrived on so Google can report whether an ad click led to an estimate request, and Google also uses it to build advertising audiences, so you may later be shown our ads on other sites. We use it to understand which ads produce enquiries, and we do not use it to identify you personally.
Google’s handling of that data is governed by its own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out of personalised advertising at adssettings.google.com, opt out of Google Analytics with the browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and block or delete these cookies in your browser at any time without affecting your ability to request an estimate or reach us by phone.
We use your contact and project information to respond to your request: scheduling assessments, preparing quotes, and communicating about your project. We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only with service providers that help us operate (for example, scheduling and communication tools), and only as needed to serve you.
We keep lead information only as long as needed for business purposes. You may request access to or deletion of your information at any time by contacting us.
